Laisay is an artist, painter, and animation designer with nearly a decade of experience in the animation industry. She specializes in background design, prop and effects design, and visual development. Her clients include Warner Bros. Animation, Nickelodeon Animation, Netflix Animation, Disney Television Animation, Cartoon Network, and Twentieth Century Fox.

Outside of work, Laisay enjoys spending time with her family and getting outdoors. Her favorite pastimes include sketching from life, plein air painting with Warrior Painters, and experimenting with new recipes. She earned her BFA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University. Her artwork has been exhibited in Los Angeles, Pasadena, Boston, and Florence, Italy.
